Now before I write this I just want to say I'm a fan Adrien, but a just a few mins ago i seen on my phone an interview where, Ellie asks him, what does he think about Tim Bradley and he's responds "Huh?" "Who?""Who?"... I mean this isn't the first time he did this when asked about other fighters. I just find it real annoying, he always says the same **** in his interviews. " He easy Money" "Who is that?". I wonder why he does this, recently Bradley gave Broner a compliment in a interview, saying Broner is the real deal, he's has speed and power, and he's already a super start in the sport. All Adrien says is "Who is that?" It's getting old now.
Seems to work just fine. You're making threads about him, he's fast becoming a star, and all that is because of the ******* persona.
Seeing as thought Floyd is his idol, that type of response is normal from him. They don't like the idea of giving other fighters air-time. They're reluctant in their praise of them -- or in this instance, even mentioning their name -- for fear of boosting their profiles. I mean, yesterday was a classic example. Floyd says "I don't really know who Andre Ward is" (despite knowing enough about him to criticise his S.O.G nickname), and yet if we go back to 2:15 in the below... [yt]tfALnf8FjgM[/yt] ...he knows him well enough to take out the time to show support and endorse his nickname. :conf They'll pick and choose who to give credit to, and when to give credit to them. Right now Bradley is a rival to Broner, just like Ward is a rival to Floyd (P4P rankings), and so they'll do their best to not give them exposure. Even though Floyd, inadvertently, has done the complete opposite .
I think the word you are looking for is 'peers'. Yea its just part of his persona. When he responded by saying 'who' when asked about Brandon Rios, he knew fully well who Rios was and later on twitter told Rios hes a good fighter but he would own his azz.
I don't mind making threads about him. Like I said, I'm a fan of Broner, and hope to see him succeed and become the biggest in the sport, if he takes on tough opposition, which i think he'll do after he beats Paulie.
he's a fool, everything he does is fake and scripted. It's becoming so repetitive now, I can actually predict what he's going to say in an interview.
To see how fast floyd and his sheeps who now sing praises to Broner turn on the kid and start badmouthing him, its all so predictable.
[yt]UeDaMe_hWxw[/yt] In all of his interviews he seems to be chewing gum. Maybe he has probnlems with his breath
