any article/link?? i have yet to see a detailed amateur career of hopkins.

...and i have defended hopkins in the past especially in the leadup to his fight against calzaghe. i read up on him, knew that he learned how to box while in jail and he had his 1st pro fight the same year he was released.

 

Hopkins was 95-4 in the amateurs and was boxing well before his days in prison.

 

i don't know that, it has never really been written about or discussed and i doubt glenn the actor (turbofag) knew about it.
