from the time when bodybuilders were drug free and human looking

    and also did other sports

what do you guys think about this workout
    for general health?
    for a boxer?
    for combat sports in general

You're better off doing a simple strength programme like 5x5 or Starting Strength.

Do a search on google, you'll find thousands similar to this. I don't see why it matters whethere it's from back then or now if they're the same?

What he said about flexibility is common knowledge.

    why it matters is because

it comes from a time when bodybuilders were not roided up guys that could train
    7 hours a day

2, he is steve reeves lol

3, sports science was different then now, so its interesting from a historical view

    4. like any full body workout its interesting to see
postives and negatives it might have

like over working one body part
    and under working another
