Haha people on ESB will question anything! Brandon Rios hits very ****ing hard, okay it's not one punch KO power but how many people truly have that?
I wouldn't say Rios' chin is iron.. He was badly hurt by Alvarado and on the brink of being stopped. Well above average but not "iron" IMO.
On the verge of being stopped?:huh at what point in the fight did this happen, sure he got stunned, was buzzed but was no where near on the verge of being stopped Actually when Rios fought Peterson that was someone his own size as well.... So you cant say Previous opponents maybe recent opponents sure. And I believe Alvarado is the bigger man between the two.... Rios still broke him down and stopped him.
:yep Lucas would KO him, i expect now Rios fans to explain how he actually doesnt get hit and has great defense, that simply isnt true, Lucas has serious serious power and plus is 10x better boxer, but i know they will match Rios with tailor made fighters for him because they have seen how easy to outbox he is in Abril fight, his team now knows his limitations!!!
I would love to see the fight either man can get knocked out in that fight. if Rios stays in close and smothers Lucas, he wont give Lucas the room needed to punch, this is how Rios got to Alvarado. and if Lucas cant get off at the distance he needs Rios wins. But if Lucas can some how keep Rios on the outside and get full leverage on his shots he will flatten Rios. would love to see the fight but neither promotional company will ever allow it.
atsch Alvarado can not box, Lucas can, Alvarado is tailor made for Rios, Rios isnt master of cutting the ring off its just that he is matched right way so you think he is good, Rios doesnt have good footwork at all, Lucas has good enough footwork and boxing ability to keep Rios away and remember Lucas is not some small fighter that Rios used to beat and take theirs punches like its nothing. How you guys get hyped up because he beat Alvarado, who was totally outboxed by Prescott until moron Prescott gassed. Alvarado and Rios are fighters good to watch if matched good but not quality fighters, both guys are easy to beat for high calibre fighters and you will see it once Rios face someone good!!!
