Well, since I'm not a boxer, I will never write an opinion on a boxing FORUM again.


Or will I?

It's not because I think Pacal is not the best KO artist of his era that I don't respect him as a boxer, you know. Look at his KO ratio, numbers don't lie.

 

Pascal is quick enough and aggressive enough to get to Bute whom I don't think has the stuff to keep him off. Especially early on as Pascal seems to gas later sometimes. Bute might be able to eke out a decision, but more than likely he gets KTFO. Again.

 

Bute looked the same way against Froch as Dawson against Ward. Ward could not knock a fly and was able to KO Dawson. Remember that Johnson and Adamek could not. Both fighters were drained and that affects punch resistance dramatically. People here underestimate Bute since his loss. I personally think (and hope he will carry the extra weight very well. He will get less KO's, maybe, but will be stronger at LHW.

Pascal will try to knock him out early but if that doesn't work, what is his plan B?

Actually, Pascal and Bute are supposed to take da tess for da fans.

Very bad fight for Bute, he needs at least one more tune up/confidence builder before he competes at the top again especially after that poor performance against Grachev.

His confidence is completely gone, didn't look up one during the ringwalk for the Grachev fight and then avoided eye contact with him.

Pascal will no longer be a 6rd fighter, and I pray for that poor glass chin attached to Bute.

 

Hopefully, Bute will get his due if he wins.

 

He is being overrated big time by people here.
One (crushing) loss and you the biggest bum ever.

I always thought Bute would beat Pascal and the Froch fight hasn't changed my mind about it.

It's either going to be Pascal by stoppage or Bute by unanimous decision. I'm leaning towards Pascal on this one.
