Frank W. - Ricky Burns wanted nothing to do with Broner

Broner would have destroyed Burns and he knows it, disagree if you want we all know Broner wanted this fight.

Just like people blame ****** for sheltering Joe "I don't want tough fights" Cal, it's never as cut and dry as it seems.

 

Ricky and Joe are two entirely different men, the only thing they have in common are both were boxers under Frank Warrren.

If you look at the fights Ricky has taken in his career, you'll see he is a solid pro who will fight anyone, it's just a shame his name has become associated with Broner, people accuse Ricky of ducking him, Ricky hasn't and wouldn't duck anyone. You need to look at the circumstances behind 'Broner's offer' to Burns and his team for the fight (Not that I'm blaming Broner either, I like both fighters and would love to see the fight)

Would he have been saying this if Ricky hadn't left him?
Has he bad mouthed every decent level fighter who has left him?
Is it news that Ricky knocked the fight back because of the time scale?
