the Chisora fight got really good ratings but I don't think the other cards have been paticuarly impressive. Steadily around the 1million mark. 23/07/2011 Chisora-Fury - 2,220,000 (Channel 5 #1) 17/09/2011 Fury-Firtha - 1,030,000 (Channel 5 #24) 12/11/2011 Fury-Pajkic - 1,736,000 (Channel 5 #6) 18/12/2012 Galahad-Booth - 1,150,000 (Channel 5 #21) 14/04/2012 Fury-Rogan - 1,333,000 (Channel 5 #10) 18/05/2012 Galahad-Wale - 880,000 (Channel 5 #25) 07/07/2013 Fury-Maddelone - 1,005,000 (Channel 5 #21) 01/12/2012 Fury-Johnson - 1,370,000 (Channel 5 #6) 08/12/2012 DeGale-Zuniga - 970,000 (Channel 5 #22)
I'm not joking when I say that Tyson Fury was very foolish not to go on Celebrity Big Brother. That would have generated publicity that would have upped viewing figures and saved the deal.
Not that simple. Depends on the groups advertisers are aiming for. They are different programmes on different time slots. The Saturday night audience is considered the better marketplace for many advertisers. The more viewers in the wage earning demographic the more advertisers will pay.

I have read an intesting about how more channels are wanting Live sport because its getting easier to sell adverts for it because so many people record shows now so they can fast forward the adverts where people will which sport if its live rather than record it
Just see Channel 5 confirmed to some random they ain't showing boxing.... What does that mean for Fury's next fight? BoxNation?
