Anyone Read The Article by Hauser On Pac vs Bradley Scoring?

I was not able to watch until three days after it happened, but I read all of the headlines about it being a robbery and Pac winning at least 10 rounds....but when I got to see the fight I saw the exact opposite of what I had read. It was a close fight, with Bradley winning a few of the early rounds (however many of these rounds were close and one could easily score them for Pac), losing the middle rounds, and winning the late rounds. I do not have a scorecard handy but I had Pac winning at least 6 rounds clearly. So anything from a draw to 8-4 Pacquiao IMO is fair.

 

I thought Pacquiao was taking too much time off in the rounds and it could come back to hurt him on the scorecards.

Looks like I was right. Can't fight for 45-60 seconds of a 3 minute round and expect to win them like it is a certainty. Manny was resting/taking time off in the middle of rounds while Tim was scoring.

 

Hauser is a Top Rank puppet.

 

Honestly, anybody that scored that fight for Bradley or even close should stop commenting on boxing.

A guy running around the ring, flailing arm punches, that aren't even landing, and when they are, with no authority, is not OUTBOXING another guy.

In fact, if anything, the fight with Ruslan proved that Bradley can't box.

He's a volume puncher. He doesn't know the right punches to throw, and doesn't have the right punching mechanics to control a fight at range.

He merely flails arm punches with no authority behind it.

That is absolutely not outboxing your opponent.

It reminds me of Taylor's first fight against B Hop, but Bradley being even less effective and Pacquaio being more active.

Please, people that saw this fight for Bradley, don't comment on boxing anymore.

Pacquiao won decisively, it was no shut out and he Bradley gave a good account of himself, but Pacquiao won clearly and it wasn't a hard fight to score.

Often in journalism, writers will produce articles which they themselves don't agree with, but they need readers and in order to draw them in they present a controversial opinion. I'm not saying that' the case here, but it certainly wouldn't surprise me, Bradley certainly did not oubox Pacquiao as Hauser puts it
