Going back to same day weigh ins would be an absolute disaster safety wise.Paul ingle and spencer oliver would surely testify to this.Having an extra day to rehydrate all experts in the medical world would say is a million times safer than the old way.

Agree its not ideal with the weight fighters like chavez jr put on and leads to some unfair fights but give me a safer fight over a fairer fight anyday.
