Montiel was a counter puncher and Donaire gave him a seizure. Don't underestimate Nonito because he just needs that slight opening to land his humongous left hook.

There's a difference between being a counterpuncher and a defensive fighter.

rigo does not have the pro experiance to deal with donaire, all it takes is one slip up over the 12 roudns and he is ****ed.

Only way Rigo will have a chance is if he counter punches and that will fall into Donaire's gameplan.

There's a BIG difference in selling dodgy meat as something else because of hard times ( like in most european countries during WW2 ) and having it in your nations menu for generations like they do in the Phillipines and other Asian countries , BIG DIFFERENCE , if you tell a cuban that its dog meat rather than mutton you probably will get slapped ( and prosecuted ) and btw : canibalism didn't originated in the Caribbean as you are trying to insinuate , it originated in the Polinesian islands wich are much close to the Phillipines than Cuba . Now go eat a dog burger or something.... ( its in your DNA ) . Lmao

  7. Rigondeaux will be Donaire's toughest fight of his career. I'm pulling for Nito but this is a pick em fight. Rigo is no joke and his style is gonna give Nito fits.

Yeah it's a pick em fight but Donaire has that left hook that can end this fight at any moment once the opening bell rings.

I'll take the more skilled boxer with more in his arsenal, too many are relying on nonito to land 1 uppercut or hook, but when you're facing a guy with ko power in both hands it's a whole new ball game.Rigondeaux has power with his right uppercut, left uppercut, right hook, straight left to the head or body and nonito has a left hook and uppercut, true story.

I think it is gonna be more of a calculated chess match, each fighter has the skills to make the necessary adjustments as the fight progresses. That being said I can see this going 12

You truly are an idiot! There is no reason to be offending all Cubans as a whole, and most Cubans are not like Castro and Canseco. It's like saying all Pinoys are all crooks and scum like Ferdinand Marcos.

Milpitas has 780 posts all on one subject. Not sure if that's impressive, pathetic, or a bit of both.

Donaire broke Mathebula's jaw with a straight right and TKO'ed Nishioka with a straight right as well. He also dropped Arce with another straight right.

This is exactly what I thought when the fight was signed too. Rigo has a shot but I feel Donaire's timing and experience will make the difference, and that difference will leave Rigo done early.
