I'm so excited for this fight. I was at the first one, and really feel this could turn into a trilogy. If, and I know it is a big "if", Alvarado boxes a bit more and banks some early rounds, he can hold on for a close decision as the war of attrition starts later.

 

Can anyone answer why Alvarado has a big ass recent scar in his face like he was slashed with a knife? Gangster life still?

Rios didn't make a large enough gash to create the need for stitches right?

 

Rios is 26 years old and starting to get punch drunk. That is not a good sign, especially when he says he "like" to get hit.

Alvarado seems like a nice enough guy, I like him as a fighter as well but he's getting stopped again.

 

Rematch that won't do anything for Rios standing yet shorten his shelf life.
