Does anyone know of a site / video that shows similar drills to the one Bellew used on ringside?

The ones shown look like they'd be easy to do at home so wouldn't mind trying them and some additional ones.

    Cheers

All you need is a Role of Tape.

Yeah it looked like you wouldn't need much to do them, just tape as you say as well as a few cones.

The in/out of the ladder whilst jabbing was pretty self explanatory but just after written or visual descriptions of the others as well as additional drills to try.

Im doing 2 different footwork drills right now, not sure where I heard of them but here it is.

Obstacles drill-throw several (10 or so) items on the floor and weave in and out of them for full rounds. I make up rules as I go like I can only step forward + right and pivot until I get to the other side or back to where I started, or no moving backwards or move to the left and forwards only or only lateral movement...blah blah

Box drill-quick step forward, quick step right, quick step back, quick step left and your back where you started. I focus on pushing with my opposite leg (if I move right I push with my left leg) and dragging the trailing leg.
