    Ou130

    Who wins???????

    R.I.P. CHICO

Diego had MASSIVE POWER at this weight, while MAB was the better schooled technician, who loved to brawl. I could see MAB outboxing Chico the firat have of the fight, & Chico.scoring a Late KO!

Diego cut a lot of weight to get to 130, huge frame for the division, and MAB was a legit feather, the smallest of the Mexican trio. The size disparity is the only thing that makes me really worry, as Corrales had big power to go along with that advantage. Still, I guess I'd expect MAB's class to pull through. UD in a fairly tough fight.

I think this is a fight were Barrera's machismo would be fatal for him.

This is where the tactician at beat Robbie Peden and Rocky Juarez (2nd time) should come out.

I see it as a points win for Barrera but wouldn't be surprised if Chico manages to clip him with something.

Hard to say. Barrera would need to punch too high, which wouldn't suit his style at all. I'd say that Corrales is too tall for Marco and he also packed a good punch. However, he had small arms if I remember well, so maybe I'm wrong.

Late stoppage win or UD for Barrera. He was the better boxer, he didnt have the punch of Chico, but was a better all round fighter for me.

I'd favor Barrera narrowly to win a decision if it's his best 130-pound form, but I wouldn't be surprised to see him on the canvas or outgunned eventually by Diego's punching power.

Only time Barrera was stopped was to Pacquiao who had relentless speed and power (although Barrera was able to go the distance in a more competetive all be it dirty fight in the rematch) Coralles hits hard but was outgunned and outpowered by Castillo (5'7 to barrera's 5'6) prior to the stoppage and was stopped by Castillo in the rematch which people tend to forget that fight ever took place despite happening immediately after the first

Coralles always has a punchers chance but when you compare him to Barerra in terms of technical skill and aggression I think Barrera would wear Coralles down to a late stoppage or a clear cut UD,

Coralles got dominated by Mayweather but Castillo managed to be the only person in history to validate a rematch with Mayweather so despite being a huge lightweight/Superfeatherweight he always struggled with a superior boxer especially an aggressive one, Barrera is exactly that

Barrera. Overall he was the better fighter. Not sure if he Ko him, but a UD would be the most reasonable.:bbb

I agree that Barrera was a better overall fighter than Chico but 130 was far from his best weight, IMO. Corrales, on the other hand, was at his absolute peak as a SFW.

The question I have for anyone picking Barrera is," Who did he beat at 130 who was anything like Diego?" Yes, Casa and Money humiliated him but at least he has names on his resume(at the weight in question) who resembled Barrera on some level(Garcia, Manfredy).

Corralles would most likely touch the canvas at some point regardless

Barrera is one of the few people who had power to knock Juan Manuel Marquez down (Pacquiao, Mayweather, Katsidis) at 130 so it is more than reasonable he would be able to stop or at least drop him
