After a very impressive KO in his most recent defense, Gennady Golovkin became the Boxer of the Month of the World Boxing Association, announced the Ratings Committee.

On March 30, Golovkin dispatched to Nobuhiro Ishida with a spectacular knock out, that almost threw him out of the ring, in round three in Monaco.

Golovkin is the WBA Middleweight champion, and is undeated in 26 fights, with 23 KO’s.
