What was his fight like and his performance? And was he directly insulting his opponent or anything?

Exactly. Boxing fans are always complaining that "boxing is dying" or whatever, and yet when an exciting fighter who is entertaining both in AND out of the ring comes around, all they do is.....complain.

Don't have a problem with Rios wearing his emotions on his shirtsleeve. I think it said a lot of good about Alvarado that he kept it classy despite Rios being in his face.

I think we all know by now Rios IS a jackass!

Don't get me wrong, I don't mind his antics most of time... he's pretty funny actually.

I also think he may have been mildly concussed at the time of the interview after taking so many clean shots. :nut

In a generation where the "hey, look at me" persona is idolized and attributes like humility and self-respect are becoming increasingly rare...I'm not at all surprised when we see people applaud **** like this. In fact, I expect it.:hey

Yup, I noticed his lips trembling slightly when speaking. I think it was a combination of Rios getting in his face and emotions still running high from the fight. He was fired up and relieved at the same time at managing to pull it off.

It was funny but him saying he wasn't hurt was straight BS.

Mike ain't seemed too thrilled when Rios got all crazy interrupting his interview like that so yeah Rios could have calmed down a bit.

I think he overdid it a bit, Alvarado was talking to max.
But he sure looked ready for another 12 rds.

Disrespectful. Alvarado let him shine when Rios won the first. This reminds me of that clown Mosley who got up in Mayweather's face.
