Probably dont do enough to be honest. Straight out of thr gym fter training and often forget when i get home. :nono
I stretch 15 minutes before and after each workout, in addition to foam rolling. Dynamic stretches pre-workout, and static stretches post-workout. They pretty much count as my warm-up and warm-down. I still have tight hip flexors & external rotators as well as upper back and shoulders. I can tell since I find front and overhead squats pretty challenging, esp when trying to execute them through the full range of motion.
