How much stretching do you do/incorporate into..

    It's a massive thing for me. Nothing worse than feeling super tight!

    Lots of it, to correct the Damage the Eyes Do.

    Probably dont do enough to be honest. Straight out of thr gym fter training and often forget when i get home. :nono

    I stretch quite a bit but my lats and hips are always tight as ****

    I stretch 15 minutes before and after each workout, in addition to foam rolling. Dynamic stretches pre-workout, and static stretches post-workout. They pretty much count as my warm-up and warm-down.

    I still have tight hip flexors & external rotators as well as upper back and shoulders. I can tell since I find front and overhead squats pretty challenging, esp when trying to execute them through the full range of motion.
