He isn't suited for the heavyweight division. He's a cruiserweight, end of.

once he lost to vitaly he realized he could never be the best. and thats the reason why he was in it. the money as well but he was still giving it all because he believed he could be the best. but once his dreams were smashed by vitaly his hunger was out the window. he picks stiff comp but he lost to chambers and cunnigham and the judges had his back but he has tried to fight james toney, and he dont want no tuff fight wit pulev if he fights some its gunna be sum one that doesnt pose a huge threat. he wants fight that can extend his career. maybe like adamek vs solis thats his kinda fite or maybe oquendo

He froze in the Vitali fight, maybe it ruined his confidence.

He's a cruiserweight now, that's pushing it to fight at heavy and isn't getting any younger.

Was never a legitimate threat at HW to be honest. He's getting old, and he's past it. Besides that, he's a built up CW with not a whole lot of power. He should consider retirement soon.

Same as what Vitali done to Lewis, retired without giving a rematch.

Fighting above his weight. 35+. Been in many tough fights (including a severe beat down).

He's not a HW. The added muscle has just slowed him down. He's had a long career and a lot of tough fights and hasn't got much left. Hopefully he retires soon and doesn't take much more punishment, maybe after a couple of easy pay days in Poland.

Adamek was a tough dude. He has been in lots of wars. They finally caught up to him, but at least he realizes it. Better him fight soft competition and collect some well earned paychecks than to get brutally butchered by a hard hitting top contender.

Surefire HOFer reaching the end of a very good career. It happens.

Only borderline HOF imo. I'd be surprised if he makes it on the first ballot.

He always has been a hyped up "nothing special".
