Barker is one of my Favourite british fighters and i think he could put on a good show in this fight and box his way to a decision.

well if he pulls this off you cant accuse Eddie of holding Barker back...not so sure that applies to Ricky though

Darren could school his arse but he will have to be in the best shape of his career by miles. Just ask andy lee about belting chavez in the face time after time, and the fat **** doesnt even blink. I think darren wins the first few rounds easily but then it all gets very very real. Hope im wrong.....

JCC by spectacular knockout or Dazza UD! Great chance for Darren, this.

I used to always say Barker beats JCC, but I can't help but think that it goes much the same way the Lee v JCC fight went. Fancy Barker to hold him off a bit longer but reckon Barker would get stopped around the 10th.

Dazza will outbox him at times but jcc will catch up to him eventually and brutalise him. If sergio couldnt stay out of the way for 12 i dont think darren will. Hope im wrong though. Good fight in all honesty.

Where would this fight take place? Vegas? Would this count as one of Matchrooms 20 Sky dates?

Fair enough, with Barkers injury problems he needs to get as much as he can as quicky as possible.

Chavez can be outboxed its more a question of how Barker handles the constant pressure.

barkers got to take it really - the domestic fights dont look like happening anytime soon and he needs to have something meaningful at this stage of his career cant be wasting more time against no hopers in empty arenas in london now his comeback from injury has been done

He is far too basic to trouble Chavez. He gets stopped in the 1st half if he tries to fight and in the latter half if he doesnt
