    Some news from germany:

GGG offered sturm 50/50. Not bad, ranked 3 guy with a belt and HBO contract offered sturm, who is in very bad position(2 consecutive losses, low ratings, man, even german judges dont give a flying **** about sturm now) a title fight in germany on his own Sat.1 broadcast.

Sorry for bad translation, i cant do better:

GGG: "My great desire is to fight once again in Germany, Ideally against Felix Sturm. He can determine the place and date and I am ready to fight on his TV channel Sat.1. The exchange we share is 50:50. I have his championship belt, does he want to have it again? "

sturm is just a ***** with interests. and he should take this offer, get koed an then retire. this is the best offer i ever heard about for a fighter who has two losses in a row and nothing to fall back

Sturm may be eying a final payday vs. Abraham instead. Less risk than GGG as Abraham is equally past his best as Sturm himself is.

Golovkin lives in germany. so I can understand that he wants to fight in germany. Teams Sturm wants to wait and see the result with Soliman (drug cheating etc.). If the result is negativ for them maybe they even consider a fight with golovkin.

Gena said they trained in the same gym, but never sparred.

That's what I've heard from his manager as well. Universum fighters rarely sparred with eachother. The Klits and Dimitrenko for example.

Still, Sturm saw GGG sparring so he wants none of him.

Sturm was running from Golovkin since more than 2 years now.

long way back around 2008 and 2009 the were both fighting form Universum boxpromoting and Golovkin was always in the shadow of Universum Star Sturm, always only on the undercard vs cheap bums, never live on TV .
Meanwhile Sturm fought a lot of bums too but got a lot TV attention and money by doing it.

When Golovkin became mandatory in 2010 Golovkin saw a chance to become a big name and get more attendace by fighting Sturm but unfortunately Sturm run away, established his own boxing stable and got that crackbrained WBA super champ status and was able to duck Golokin for years.

If Golovkin had fought Sturm in 2010 he would had become a big name at middleweight 2 or 3 years earlier.
In germany he is still very unkown. If he beats Sturm the german TV-station RTL would probably show his next fights live. That the reason why he want's beat up Sturm so badly
