Do you find more satisfaction in a beloved fighter winning, or in a hated one losing?

Always the win. In a violent sport, I don't wish knockouts on anyone really.

Its always good when both happens in the same fight but of the two choices I`d say I`m happier when my favourite fighter wins.

Both make me happy but the difference is this.....

    Pacquiao TKO11 Barrera = :D

    Marquez KO6 Pacquiao = :D

    Morales W12 Pacquiao = :D :happy

Watching Gatti or Cotto win a big fight, especially by KO is a great thrill. Better even than watching Khan get KTFO'd.

The best fights feature both. Mosley KTFO Margocheato, MAB punking Hamed, Tarver laying out Jones. Those are the truly special nights.

I always like cheering for someone I like more than cheering against someone I dislike.

I'd rather see a successful Pacquiao comeback or watch Matthysse emerge as the man at 140 or watch Golovkin dethrone Martinez or watch Canelo continue his rise to stardom than watch someone I dislike lose. I always find it easier to get excited watching fights if someone I like is involved (and wanting to see them win) over watching a fight where I don't care about one guy and just want to see the other guy lose. I feel the same in most sporting situations. I always want to root for someone/some team.

It's extremely rare that I really dislike a boxer. In most fights I'll have a favourite and it's very satisfying to see them win especially if they're the underdog (so I'm voting for the first option). In the rare cases where I actively dislike a boxer I'm secretly rooting for them to lose badly. For example I would love to see Carl Froch brutally KO Adonis Stevenson. I don't feel good about that but I feel satisfied, like karmic justice has been served.

My favorite are huge upsets. Doesn't matter if I hate or like the fighter. Upsets are the greatest thing in boxing if not sports in general

I like it more when my fav fighter pull huge upsets & defy the odds.Watching hamed get embarrassed by Mab was kool also watching cocky khan get slapped around & over glorified pac get put to sleep. There's nothing like cheering for a fighter you like though rather than hoping a guy you don't like lose.

I don't really like any fighters enough to be happy when they win. I like when a fighter I want to lose loses though.

I was happiest watching boxing this year after the Bradley fight but the 2nd happiest was seeing Rios lose, mainly because he didn't deserve ti be called undefeated. I enjoy GGG and Matthysse fights but their fans are so delusional that I would enjoy it.

out of the current crop of fighters I can't say there is one I really dislike. But I was always looking forward to see Harry Greb get KTFO. Something in his slapping style...

I gotta be honest, I feel way more satisfied when a fighter I hate loses. If a fighter that I support wins, its a great feeling (Pacman vs Terrible I for example). But seeing someone like Khan get KO'd was way better. Because even if a fighter I support loses, I still support him and most times they come back. So it is not a big deal if my guy wins or loses. I generally do not support people that do not belong in there either.

I'm also voting for 'the big upset', overall.

Always satisfying when a very cocky unbeaten prospect/contender who believes his own hype is taken down a few notches by a modest journeyman. But even more satisfying to see your favourite fighter proving the bookies wrong too!

I'm the same way, but in the case of someone like Stevenson, what I'm REALLY rooting for is that the big pay day never comes to them. I'm sure when all is said and done, they don't mind taking a KO for big bucks.

Karmic justice would be if a big fight never materializes for Stevenson and he winds up a rent boy.
