I remember I came home late once and my dad, inspired by Aoki, hammerlocked my arm clear over my head, effectively snapping it in two.

I still thank him every day.

 

I remember growing up I would go and see my grandparents on the weekends.

One weekend I went aound to visist and knocked on the door but my nan didn't answer :conf

I turned around to walk home as any normal 6 year old would and out out nowhere my 82 year old nan rushed me with a flying gogoplata! She put my lights out but since that day I have not been subbed by anyone over 60! I make sure when I see the elderly I strike first and hand!!!!

I pretty much use this as a template for my visits to the elderly homes;
