    He didnt just fall either though did he? Thats whats so funny about it. There is a trip and then there is that epic run up to failure.

    The bloke was falling over before he even got into the ring! David Haye's record at Heavyweight is sensational :roll:

    Tysons was just as good on the same night. The anticipation for that fight was of the hook. The build up was incredible. Mike wanted to destroy him, but he knew deep down it wasnt there anymore. It was destroyed the moment they sent him down for something I dont believe he did. But when you have the fame, the snakes come for you. Mike wasnt the cause of his downfall, the people around him were.

    that ring walk was pish craney and the folk around mike were the doin of him?, aye right wit the fuk are you smokin.... youve come out wae some beauties but that posts up there wae the worst

    This thread gets done every now and again and generally throws up some good albeit previously mentioned entrances.

    Some Jones Jr and Mayweather ringwalks were great but for differing reasons. But for me, Tyson's ringwalk, just for his pure menace.

    I have a good quote saved on my email account about how some bloke got aisle seats when Kostya was doing his ring walk before the Calvin Grove fight, this guy tapped Kostya' glove as a good luck gesture. Apparently the look Tsyzu gave him was horrifying.

    On my 14th birthday I got an aisle seat ticket to watch Kostya Tszyu vs Calvin Grove. I was lucky enough to be right in the thick of it when Tszyu did his ring walk. Heaps of people are just crowding him and cheering their heads off but not getting too close. I was pumped and ducked out almost next to him and gave him a little pat on his glove which was perched on Johnny Lewis' shoulder in front of him. Kostya gave me a look that I've never come across before or since. It was only for a split second but he simply looked straight through me and down to the bottom of my soul. I can't even explain the vibe but it was like I'd just met death himself. Years later when people wondered why Zab Judah was so timid at their weigh in I knew the exact reason. Whatever you think of his boxing ability I'm telling you now his mindset is one of a jailhouse executioner. Kostya Tszyu is a ****ing killer and a scary scary man.

    Aye, both fighters were deparate to be in that ring that night. Hearns to show he was the real fighter of the 2 and Leonard to show that there was substance behind the smile.
