The best part was the swedish commentators They kept on dickriding Ilir and talking **** about Mousasi
Well at least they got some swedish girls with some bootaay and you just know the knickers fall off after 1 drink
So Mousasi legitimately was injured and is going to have to have knee surgery again. It's always a bad sign when guys start getting multiple knee surgeries.
Haven't seen the fight yet but Gegard will naturally be taking a safe fight. He knows nothing about Latiffi and had his whole game set for Gustaffeson. - edit- this fight seperates the roid heads from the fight fans. Mousasi put on a clinic. It was a joy to watch, great debut UFC fight. Amazing job working off the jab.
I'm glad Mousasi was injured because he looked like dog ****. If that's all he has to bring to the UFC - he's not going to last long before he gets Gonzaga'd.
Landing six thousand jabs in a fight and never following it up is just not impressive. I'll give him a pass since he was injured. We'll have to wait for his real debut then.
Dog****?. He hardly got tagged. Standing in front of him hands down the whole fight with zero problems. He admitted never getting off first base but he looked ready in control at every opportunity. Injury + not knowing his opponent he has a lot to prove yet but gegard looks a technical mma veteren
Mousasi lost the third round and I was hoping some judge gave Latifa the first for actually pressing the fight and trying to land something. The handful of shots that Latifa landed in the third were harder than anything Mousasi landed the entire fight. He looked lackluster like he did against King Mo and if he fights the same way in the rest of his UFC career - he'll be back in Japan can crushing in no time. The name on the marquee says Ultimate Fighting Championship not the Ultimate Jabbing Championship. He never pressed an advantage. It was unimpressive to say the least. He was injured so he gets a pass. When the hell did not knowing an opponent have anything to do with a fight? There was a time when no holds barred fighters just showed up to the event without even knowing who they were fighting. Modern fighters are indeed in the words of Nick Diaz - pampered.
Lol. Latifi landed maybe three solid punches in the whole fight and they had zero effect. He certainly didn't come close to winning any rounds. He also wasn't pushing the action at any point, as evidenced by the fact that Mousasi was the one going forward the entire fight.
