Anyone finding the Froch-Kessler II build up a little cringe-worthy?

i havent seen it but your really not the person to judge that. The 5million people that have never heard of Froch are.

Froch once took part in Let's Dance for Comic Relief or whatever it is called.

Not seen it but what was he like. I remember when I used to watch it some times they'd be people and I'd think aw **** but they'd suprise me n be a laugh, that would have to of been Froch's sort of goal coz the average person doesn't know him.

 

He was reserved, quiet and got completely dominated by Ross

 

It was going alright until the face off then it just got embarrassing.

 

SKY know that they are doing, the more they big it up the more people will give in and buy it. They worked their magic on me a few years back with Haye Valuev, I swore i wouldn't pay for it and then I gave in at the last minute and then regretted it.

Wont work this time, im not even remotely excited about the fight.

Theres much better fights to look forward to imo

 

Its mind numbing simply created for the masses who aren't boxing fans who don't know **** about the sport. They see and hear the word warriors and automatically think that they should be paying to see this fight, because everyone else is.

I knew exactly how this fight was going to be sold the moment it was announced, hence the reason i am trying to keep away from all the build up, the only ever time I hear anything is when I come on here. If they pop up on TV, I turn it of, fortunately I can control what I see on the net, so I can filter all that BS out until fight night.

Because thats all that matters.

The older I get the more I personally just find all this **** boring and repetitive. Seen it and heard it all before, who is dumb enough to fall for this cack?

No originality, nearly every fight its warrior this warrior that.

If this is how the sport is going, then you won't see anymore original fighters, they will all be like pukka pies on a conveyer belt, only saying what they have been told to say by PR, and only doing what they have been told to do by PR.

Fighter A vs. Fighter B where nobody gives a flying **** about who wins.

Might aswell kiss the sport goodbye.

People who were buying it before are still buying it...

Carl hasnt talked his way in to PPV like David Haye, he's fought his way in to PPV and that should be commended.

 

Looking forward to the brook fight more than this tbh.
