Weight for a heavy weight.

    For weight loss I kind of like the priciples of the zone diet. Search crossfit zone diet and find their PDF download, explains everything and gives a large list of foods. Only thing I'd say is don't go by the low blocks bull****. 25 blocks (the highest level they provide) is only around 2000 calories.

    Use the priciples but use around 30 blocks for a week or 2 and alter your diet depending on results.

    Nice1 Virus. Not keen on the shakes as they're expensive, and often bloat me and give me gas. So would prefer to stick to proper food.

    Don't run so much, power lift for a month then olympic weight lift for a month. Then when you run just do sprints. Going for jogs just makes you slower and decreases your basal levels of testosterone.

    Only really jog uphill, don't do the long slow ones v much at all. Realised a while ago theyre not really doin anything to benefit my boxing. Problem with lifting is I've only got a kettlebell, don't own any other equipment. Might be worth joinin a gym.
