Now that Fletcher and Sherrington have recently beaten a common opponent, what's the chance of them fighting each other?

I know that they're both chasing World titles, but it would be a good domestic fight and Sherrington normally packs them out in Townsville. I think that Fletcher has way too much for Les, and in all honesty has never fought a fighter of Fletchers ability who was still competitive. But it would still be a good fight and probably give Sherrington a better gauge of where he's at.

They have done a bit of sparring against each other, not sure who wins

..for once I'm gunna dissagree mate..they've done plenty together and i watched them spar up at Deller's gym..given the time i watched was more of just a move around after some lively sparring a few days before hand..but Lez would have Jarrads number at this stage in my opinion..in saying that Fletcher has presence and is a true pro..and has go a couple more gears for sure..but as it stands now..today..Lez has got his number..:good

Wow I was thinking of starting this thread a couple of days ago!
I think it could play out 2 ways.
1 Fletcher uses his movement and angles to good affect and out boxes Les to a UD win.
2 les uses his advantages in size, power and strength. I think if Les can work the work the body early and slow Jarrods fast feet down. He could stop Jarrod.

    Would be a good scrap.
But as far as world titles go Billy Joe Saunders showed Fletcher he's not even close.
Imo a past his prime Mundine would have too much class for both of them.

    Agree with this

Also Sauders would destroy Sherrington inside of 2 rounds, different levels...

..I agree it's a decent match up for sure..my opinion is based on feedback from Lez and just watching them move around together..but as we know..sparring is just that..sparring..
..I like Fletcher and i'm sure he would've learnt more form the Saunders fight than a dozen domestic fights..and he'll be a better fighter for it..

..as far as Mundine goes..well he's showed that he's still up for a fast paced 12 rounder..and yes..Jarrad and Lez would both go in underdogs..
..I really think that these are the type of fights Mundine should be looking at now..give some up'n'coming aussies a crack..:good
