Um. No. One of the all time HW classics. One of the biggest beatings of all time. I did like this one, actually. The KD's were visually pleasing. Dude read through the beginning of this thread at the **** that troll MVC was saying.
cotto-margarito, pac-margarito, pac-dela hoya, donaire-darchynian, lewis-tyson, vitali-peter, vitali-briggs
Yeh Joe C schooling Lacy was brilliant but my latest personal fave was seeing Haye smash Chisora to pieces. Also wouldnt say Calzaghe v Kessler was a total beatdown but the way Joe turned that fight round after around the 6th and seeing Kessler unable to work it out was pure skill
I rememebr it well, it was ****in horrible, made all the worse by Honeyghan's posturing at the start. Gutted :-(
gatti vs floyd for the masterpiece Manny and Cotto over Margo for seeing Margo get busted up. Also i'm a big fan of this Ali Williams one for some vintage Ali. And one of my favourite heavyweight performances http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oJUzl0aFHZw
Chavez/Haugen is one of my favorites. Seconds into the fight Chavez knocks down Haugen with a lead right. It was too easy for him.
You referenced the Diaz-Malignaggi fights (even the first fight) as being among your favourite "ass beatings"; you're in no position to be criticizing others and their choices. Good grief! It's one bad case of revisionism to be citing the Barrera-Hamed fight as being some "beatdown", but this? Cotto never even came remotely close to the job Pacquiao and Mosley did on Tony. And if not for a questionable stoppage, we may very well have seen a repeat of the first fight.
Chavez-Rosario Not that i had anything against Chapo (RIP), but that masterclass performance Julio put on is just beautiful to watch. Perfect display of In-Fighting.
I named this fight not because Cotto beat the **** out of Margocheato, but because of the satisfying way he got revenge after Cheato loaded his gloves in their first fight
