    Im seriously overlooking this fight. Im not a big dan of Ponce De Leon but he is crafty and makes you look bad. He might take it. I gotta do some studying...

    Mares fairly comfortably, I'd say Abner wins about 8-10 rounds. The Ponce has been on some good form since the Gamboa defeat but Mares is a level above him I think.

    Huge fan of both fighters but IF I had to choose one over the other h2h I'd side with Mares by UD. The move in weight won't effect Mares at all, IMO.

    I see Abner out working De Leon on the inside & against the ropes.
    Easily this fight will be the fight of the night.
