Sergio is a clear second, he's been icing people at that weight.

The Ukrainian amateur Khytrov who won a gold at the worlds in 2011 would be right up there, I think he's turning pro soon. He was sparking top guys out at middleweight with the headgear.

Chavez jr might not be the most skilled middleweight but the kid hits like a mule, remember he was the one that had Sergio on the deck not the other way round.

I agree, I think the top 3, in order are:

    1:Golovkin

    2:Martinez

    3:Chavez Jr

Well whats interesting is that I think GGG's ko of Ishida was almost as impressive as MArtinez ko of Williams. Any boxer can generate one punch power at the right moment.
However Martinez and Williams seem to be more consistent.

GGG's power comes from his technique and Martinez power comes from his speed.
Chavez has strength but I don't think he has one punch power because while he is as strong as a bull he has neither speed or technique like Martinez and GGG.

Martinez KO of Williams was on a different level to GGG's KO of Ishida.

Definitely Lemieux. Martinez has good power, but not scary power. Quillin can hit as well.

In terms of pure punching power I think you have to put Lemieux right there with GGG. Lemieux has a ton of flaws and isn't that good of a boxer, but when that dude lands flush with a punch that he sits on, it takes out almost anyone at MW.

I think Sergio's power is overrated. He's just fast with great timing and is able to land shots that his opponents don't see coming. His power is good, but not great.

Becoming a big fan of Martinez , but i wouldent call him a big puncher .

I think Kirkland punches harder than Sergio .
