Type Amir Khan into the Boxing sc*ne search engine and have a read for it.its not gonna be the headline so you might have to read a few articles to find it.Some of the things he says really baffle the **** out of me,he'd be a hundred times more popular if he just kept his mouth shut.

PK is probably right to some degree there are always people that will put race before anything else before I don't think it's true that Khan's lack of popularity is entirely down to his religion or race. He has said some pretty dumb things and does come across like a bit of a wally in interviews but that's what happens to people when they're famous at 17, with everyone hanging around you like a celebrity. You get an inflated sense of self ego, this comes across even worse if you've been laid out in under a minute by a Colombian also-ran. I know loads of muslim's that don't have much time for Khan either, they're mostly Moroccan in fairness so perhaps the north african's don't like him cos he's ****stani either but it's a shame to think that in 2013 someone can be so unpopular because of their heritage especially when they've won a Silver medal for Britain, so I prefer to take all that with a pinch of salt and put it down to the mentality of a few people rather than the majority.

I still enjoy watching him fight, say what you like but he has an eye catching style and brings the excitement. I also think that he's doing the right thing in taking easier fights for a while while Hunter really gets to work on him in the gym. It'll take Khan a couple of years to correct some of the flaws and if he managed to get some defensive skills he really could be up there again.

Its like saying everyone hates Bellew now cause hes not white.

I like Khan, always have, but its hard not to think he's a twat at times. If he actually embraced the cockiness and became a bit of a dick and was upfront about it, he'd probably get more fans.

:patsch Lol You moron, an alt, on messageboards, is someone who's using an alternative account.

Meaning you already have one account but choose to use another one - probably because the original one is banned/suspended, or you have an agenda you're trying to push (you get that a lot on ESB), or maybe you want to re-introduce yourself because everyone recognises you for the twat you are on your normal account. If it's the latter, then unfortunately you've gone and done that again with this one , and will probably now need and alt for your alt. Loser :hi:

I quite like amir khan the person, but his hangers on like that buck toothed bag carrying ***** saj **** me off. To be honest carl froch seems more of a **** then khan. Even though carl is local to me and I can relate to him more then khan, I just can't warm to carl what so ever. Either he is a truly arrogant ***** or his shyness makes him come out bad. I used to think it was shyness making him come across awakard but after the round table thing with the other boxers I realised its just arrogance.

Khan is a good lad really. Really down to earth just speaks before he thinks. But he is still only young.

Can some one post the comments of Khan blaming roach because all I can find are

Freddie's illness, it's very hard to see him as he's getting older. I believe that he's getting worse, and I wish him all the best. Freddie is still, with the Parkinson's disease, doing a great job working the mitts and working with fighters day in, day out. I just believe that I need someone who is going to work me that bit harder and get the best out of me

personally i didnt think Amir had to even bring the parkinsons up, its a bit classless for my taste.
Plenty of people split from trainers, all he had to say was 'ive had back to back losses and i feel whats best for me is to move camps and freshen it up although i wish freddie and the wildcard gym every success in the future and i'll always have warm memories of the gym and team and i thank them for their help in the progression in my career'
that simple, no one would of questioned him after that & no need to even bring manny or parkinsons into the discussion..

i dont mind Amir i like watchin him fight, hes just deluded beyond belief and his family/entourage jus fill his head with 'your the greatest' thing all the time ...when really uts your friends and family that are the ones that are ment to keep you grounded
i dont think kahn is a bad person, jus horribly misguided
all that rubbish about gettin his mates to chant his name and 'if there were more amir kahns in the world the world would be a better place, is jus cringeworthy' but when people get alot of success at an early age it takes alot for them not to act like an arse later on in life
