    It probably has something to do with Hatton. Also I think the UK has a reasonable amount of knowledgable fans.

    Yes, Hatton vs Mayweather was crazy big in the UK, sold over 1m ppv in the UK at 5 in the morning, the whole weeks build up was all over the newspapers, pages and pages of articles etc, the Pacquaio less so to be fair.

    There both very well known to the casual fan. Out of my group of mates, 1 of them is a massive boxing fan like me, couple of casual fans. The rest really have no interest at all but every single one knows who Mayweather and Pacquaio are
