Clean up 122 pounds then go up to 126. No one can touch Rigo's skills. His only real test would be Gamboa at 126 but Gamboa is not there anymore.

    The Cubans have arrived!

Rigondeaux would school and knock out Gamboa, don't think it would be a test at all for him

Hold on, not that easy. The only Cuban fighter to come close to Rigo's amateur accomplishments is Gamboa. Gamboa is as fast, powerful and skilled as Rigo but Rigo is the better technician and the more calmed fighter that's for sure.

It's a dream match but a match that will never happen as Gamboa is already planning to fight at 135 pounds.

Mares, Moreno, Yamanaka, Cruz. I know 3 are BW's but they'd be better fights than most the 122 guys and more likely to take the fight.

The only Cuban to come close to Rigo amatuer accomplishments? Are you being serious. Gamboa that won 1 Olympics and no world titles at amatuer level was closer to Rigondeaux than say another of their compatriots of the time 2 time olympic champion, 3 time world champion Mario Kindelan, get the **** out of here with that ****.

Gamboa as fast and powerful as Rigo sure, he's not in same league skill wise, defensively its a wipe out. I like Gamboa but he was no where near Rigo as an amatuer and after tonight performance I'm comfortable in saying that he ain't anywhere near him as a pro either. That's no slight on Gamboa, he's very very good, Rigondeaux however is special

Undisputed at 122 and stay there. Don't go up when you make the weight easy.

I need to see Rigo vs. Garcia. That would put him at p4p #2 in my book.

Mares would be a nice consolation prize, though.

A fight with Mikey would be a wet dream for me. Mikey is the only guy I see giving him a run for his money at the moment.

Every person I've spoken too tonight including both trainers at the gym we were watching the fight at are in unison saying if he wants to remain undefeated he needs to avoid Garcia as if he were a plague.

Really sparked my interest for that fight.

Interesting, did they say why? And what did they predict going into this fight?
