But what do the all-important "facial damage" stats reveal? After all, that was the key criterion for awarding Pacquiao his decisive victory over Marquez in their third fight :think
He was on his bike alright. Was pretty rocked in the first round from a great straight left too, which is why he was so reluctant to throw anything while coming forward the rest of the fight. Walking after a fighter NOT THROWING punches does not equal effective aggression.
the butthurt is strong with this one, seriously clutching at straws. Donaire got schooled. UD12 deal with it.
So because Rigo didn't just stand still and let Nonito hit him he was running? It's called boxing and you know **** all about it. Something you and Donaire have in common apparently.
the night was actually perfect, Rigo takes a clean punch and recovers, please tell me who beats this guy
Man up and eat your crow, OnePunchKO. The pre-fight disrespect and borderline racism was bad enough, you can give the man his respect now. But you won't, 'cause you're a grade A piece of ****. :hey
This content is protected As if the boxing lesson wasn't enough, that shot is major payback for Donaire's weigh-in antics.
Rigo has skills, that I would say. He did "run away" from Donaire for a good amount of the fight (except for round 12), and round 10 showed us why he would choose that tactic. He simply was too slick and Donaire was too focused on delivering that one punch that would end it all. If Nonitor digged into that body all night, the KD punch of round 10 could've been a KO. Rigo's gameplan was simply better.
What I'll remember is Rigo getting right back up from the knockdown to school Donaire. I'll also never forget Donaire's bloody nose and busted eye and the 20 excuses he made after the fight. When Rigo was faced with adversity he immediately turned the tide like a real champ. Meanwhile when Donaire received a petty swollen eye he panicked and suddenly started back-pedaling. Hilarious. Just hilarious. Marroquin and Cordoba had better performances.
:good Donaire did himself no favors by being inactive for long stretches of the fight. Nonito was looking to land one shot to KO Rigo. He should have been much more aggressive (like in the tenth). Still Rigo ran, Donaire chased, and the fight was not all the pleasing to watch.
Who Fd up Donaire's face? According to all these haters Rigo ran all night. Ow my eye, my eye. Who is hitting me? I can't see that SMALL guy who is shorter, smaller, weaker and slower than me. He doesn't belong in the ring with me. Ow my eye, my eye. Stop the round ref, I want to move up a division now.
