Donaire VS Rigondeaux on Sunday oz time

Congratulations to Rigondeaux, glad he got up. To any kids who watched the fight, that was a display of boxing skill, something that we don't see as much of these days.

 

That it was. Good for the purists bit give me Rios-Alvarado any day.

 

Bit annoying to see so many people complaining about rigo running, rigo did what he needed to do to win and nonito simply couldnt catch him, great win for rigo the guy is a beast.

been saying it for weeks donaire has not fought any1 close to rigo's level & we seen it today he got a boxing lesson. dont get me wrong donaires a great fighter but rigo is on another planet. there were alot of people talking smack about rigo there keyboards are very quiet now hahaha. cheers

 

Good to see a lot of the ******s on the general forum getting just desserts in terms of this fight, especially those chin checker types, that shot donaire knocked rigo down with was a strong flush shot and rigo took it well and recovered quickly, his straight left and left uppercut is a thing of beauty.

 

That chinchecker crap on the main forum was funny for about a week, and that week was a long, long time ago.

Donaire is one of my favourite fighters, great job by Rigo I predicted Donaire would knock him out... LOL at Bob Sheridan on commentary, does the guy have any idea how to score a fight?? He had Donaire winning, some of the rounds he was giving Donaire had me laughing...

 

I predicted Rigo points and won v-cash but I agreed with some of what he said. Maybe much of Donaires aggression was ineffective but at least he was willing to exchange. Maybe I will have to watch it again.

They turned up to call the fight for the audience that paid the bills. The online polls showed that a good % of the viewers agreed with their assertion.
Wait for Canelo v Trout if you ever want to be told what to think. A Mexican fighting a black man in Texas, and did I mention it is boxing? Half of these commentators would have experienced segregation in their life time.

Fair enough, I scored it 115-112 for Rigondeaux

It was not one sided but no way could you have Donaire winning.
From memory I think Sheridan scored Pac v Bradley for Bradley LOL he was sort of right

 

At one point Sheidan said he was good friends with Donaire outside of the ring. From that stage onwards I tuned out of his running scorecards. Utter rubbish imo.

 

Great performance from Rigo........executed his game plan to perfection........Sheridan needs to give it away...........his bias bull**** commentry of who he thinks will win is really pathetic.........Donaire gotted schooled in the sweet science.....maybe thought his power would be too much for Rigo.......I certainly did.
