I have Pacquiao in there because...who else could you put? I struggled to place the last 3 or 4. He's only lost to top fighters recently, so I have him hanging on, though I think he's definitely slipping.

And Matthysse is undefeated imo, and has beaten a guy who is a champ at a higher division. He needs to unify 140 and move up before I include him, but I think he'll get there.

Donaire doesn't drop all the way out just for getting dominated by one of the top 3. It just shows he was placed too high to begin with by most folks. If he loses against Mares or Garcia (or anyone really) he drops out.

 

1. Sergio Martinez - Activity, level of competition, level of domination, fighting style. Is chinny but has heart.
2. Floyd Mayweather - Penalized because I don't buy into the idea that undefeated equals the best and that activity doesn't matter. I don't think he fights the toughest competition and I think he's slipping. FM Jr. has the best defensive boxing skills I've ever seen.
3. Andre Ward - Fights rarely in a comparatively weak division and is chinny but a complete champion in terms of skills and point scoring.
4. Adrien Broner - Mutilates competition in a way nobody else on the list does. Not enough experience and competition to be rated number 1.
5. Juan Manuel Marquez - Expert, experienced, genius, heart. Slow, takes a beating.
6. Guillermo Rigondeux - Technical, speedy, powerful. Chinny.
7. Saul Alvarez - Big Dog with very little names.
8. Mikey Garcia - Fantastic boxer, no big names.
9. Nonito Donaire - Arrogant but terrifically skilled. Thinking he's not a great boxer means you're a racist, little dicked ******.
10. Yuriokis Gamboa - Chinny but exceptional in all ways.
