Rigo should leave Top Rank asap.

Anyone ever heard Oscar or Schaefer say such things about their own fighters?

Maybe Bob should have said that before signing Rigo!

as long as they pit him against top fighters with decent fan bases and his name will grow..
    also, he has KO power...

If you have been a Boxing Promoter for as long as Arum has and claim to not know how to sell a fighter like Rigondeaux. Then it's time for him to get out of the business.

No they won't. Casuals will barely pay attention to a 122 pound knock out artist, let alone some 'unknown' Cuban who fights off the back foot. Stop pretending that this is some conspiracy from Top Rank. Rigo can become a P4P mainstay and most casuals will not care and will certainly not pay. I'm sure that GBP would make Rigo a household name...pfffft :rasta

Basically this. He would have to be promoted a lot as Cuba's best kept secret or something, to get the attention of the Cubans which in Miami are a **** load of them. That might be the only way.

Put him in the ring with anyone with a great offense. It'll be fun watching Rigo dance circles around them.

He's being brutally honest, but he should have kept that to himself. That's not the kind of stuff I'd want to hear from my promoter if I were a fighter. It shows he's reluctantly promoting.

Rigo just converted 1/2 the boxing fanbase to mma fans with his boring ass running style.

It's funny how a fight where almost nothing happened and people call it a shutout or destruction, lol.

Imo Rigo clearly won but he is what is wrong with boxing..well him and guys like chris john.

No, whats wrong with boxing is that the best don't fight each other.

Rigo's style is very welcome, only a problem for casual supporters.

Give him fighters that come at him and he could look even better.
