Why not Its not his style and it isnt fan friendly but he wouldnt be the first to change his style to safety first following a high profile loss. He has super fast hands as well as good reactions.if he sat on the back foot using his good upper body movement, footwork and kept his chin tucked in,he could be very hard to beat. Cant see it myself, but sometimes i wish khan would win however he can to shut the haters up. Has he the ability to fight like rigo at light-welter and maybe welter?
Yeah why not, **** it if Rigo can then anybody can. I think Maidana, Lucas and Rios will give it a try in their next fight as well.
Amirs main talents are amateur style hit and not be hit, when he engages he gets complacent I dont know why people in this country dont get behind khan, him and carl froch are the only 2 who have the balls to go to america and fight the elite. Fact is he has never ducked anyone despite some heavy knockout losses And he would bust up any of you people slagging him
Khan lacks the ability to anticipate punches, and the timing/punch selection are not that good either. He is very gifted athletically but lacks boxing smarts or at least doesn't seem to want to use it. But against Judah and Kotelnik he seemed very good in those departments so maybe he doesn't want to use it.
Froch and Khan aren't the only 2 uk fighters who have the balls to go to the US and fight the elite. What about Darren Barker, Mathew Macklin, John Murray, Gavin Rees????
