How much more interesting would fights vs

    Khan
    Garcia
    Bradley
    Berto
    Alexander
    Matthysse
    Peterson
    Alvarado
    Rios
    Pac

become with Mayweather becoming beatable and vulnerable. Would these fights end up generating more money then would then when ppl felt they had no chance?(Other then Pac which would have generated more money in 2010)

Very original thread, this has never been discussed, especially not 100 times.

Mayweathers PPV sales would drop if he lost

Only fight that would do bigger numbers is the Guerrero rematch

That's all well and good but he might well get badly injured by flying pigs after the fight.

If I saw this topic discussed then I wouldn't have made a thread about it.

How much would those fights interest you with a new vulnerable Mayweather though?

If that were to happen then Floyd should retire.

He has to be shot to ****, im talking Holyfield type shot to lose to someone like Guerrero.

How interested would you be in those fights though once you believe Mayweather was beatable by guys like that?

Not as much to be honest.

Floyd's brilliance in the ring is the biggest reason i enjoy watching Floyd, and his brilliance would clearly not be there anymore were he to lose to someone like Guerrero and be beatable by guys like those.

I would love to see the Mathysse fight tho so i could watch a highlight reel KO by Luscious Lucas. :D

Not as much because Mayweather would be considered shot

I think a lot of people would tune in to the next fight out of curiosity but if he lost 2 in a row he would be done as a big seller unless his losses were in foty type fights

also the p4p list is being shaken up as we speak

Dec Pac lost, Apr Viloria lost, Apr Donaire lost, Martinez fights in 2 weeks and Floyd in 3 weeks. I wonder how many p4pers we see get bumped off this yr

    They immediately become more interesting.

In fact, given's Floyd's lack of available opponents, losing might be one of the more lucrative outcomes for Floyd's career right now. People say without the 0, he wouldn't be able to sell his fights, but I think if he lost that 0 now people would be dishing out lots of cash to see what happens next.
