    these are quite alarming. its hard to watch Liam Smith talking about O'Meara the guy he beat fighting this weekend.

    Liam is meant fighting late May early June against the African who got screwed against Cox Johnson is on the undercard

    Noticed Smith made a mention of the activity of Cardle and Callum. Feel sorry for the lad because they need to earn a living and have dreams and aspirations.

    I remember quitting boxing due to lack of fights. Training is hard enough when you got a fight lined up let alone training and training with no fights lined up.

    This is where boxers need strong managers who can negotiate for them and manouvre them around promoters and towards fight in their interests.

    I like Hearns style of promotion. The way he keeps fighters busy, fight different styles, matches them aggressively, takes chances, puts them in fights in there hometown with other local fighters, builds them up the rankings. It's all very logical.

    But when he makes a **** fight, **** card, handles a fighter badly I do call him out on it. He just doesn't balls things up as much as Frank, Hennesey, Maloney, Hatton etc.
