    Because some people are passionate about the fighters they support. Alot of Mundine supporters are I think pissed off with Geale because he did something
    Mundine could have quite possibly have done in his prime but for whatever reason didn't. So they vent their anger here.

    Let me explain this.
    After beating Sturm Geale had to defend his WBA strap against Golovkin by Dec 30. 4 months. However his last mandatory for the IBF against Adama was March 2012 which means his IBF mandatory was due in January 2013. He couldn't do both and I doubt very much he can afford to pay step aside money. He could not keep both belts so by staying loyal to the IBF he got an exemption to fight Mundine for a $2 mill payday rather than drop his IBF belt and face the far more dangerous Golovkin for what would have been 500-700k at the most.
    If he fought Golovkin he would of had to defend his IBF within 1 or 2 months after that.

    So how long has it been now since he hasnt had a IBF mandatory? the IBF would have given him an exemption given he had only just defended the WBA title if he had fought GGG. He wouldnt have had to drop the IBF belt, he has more favour with the IBF than he does with the WBA thanks to Ray Wheatly.

    Geale beats:

    -Sylvester (reining world champ)
    -Sturm (reigning world champ)
    -Tassie defence
    -mr 3 time world champ and avenges his only loss.

    -GGG (great young talent) inherits belt and fights Ishida.

    -Mundine wants Mayweather.

    Geale has tangible results and that is a fact. The rest of the middleweight division is nothing more than speculation until they start fighting and I will clarify that.

    -Martinez age makes him LESS of a known quantity with each fight.
    -JCC maybe has better longevity at SMW or playstation on the choof.
    -GGG is keen to fight anyone but it quite simply has not happened yet.
    -the poms seem to be having a dig and actually landing these fights.

    If Ward can get stripped then it does not diminish his achievements, England can win a Rugby World Cup Final without scoring a try, but Geale can't be a Unified world champ because he:

    A. Not black enough.
    B. Tasmainian.
    C. Doesn't knock people out.

    I smell bull****.
