I'm wouldn't deny this...I'm not trying to say Hearn is bad and Frank is good.

It's quite clear Frank has become more a broadcaster then Promoter nowadays but Hearn is supposed to be this great promoter who is giving the fans what they want but the reality is he clearly is no better and maybe even worse in terms of his shows on sky and the shows Frank put on Sky.

 

I'd have to agree with this...that was a cracking show from top to bottom.

Bellew v Chilemba is good level undercard fight. Just cause the first was stinker does not mean second will be hoping it aint!

I would liked matchroom to have put british title fights on undercard.

 

Were not judging BoxNation. Were juding Frank as a promoter. Why does a critique of Frank automatically get a response of "Hearns doing no better".

Has this bill captured the imagination of boxing fans? No.

The reason for that is nothing to do with Ingrates on Eastside, nothing to do with Eddie Hearn. Its that the show lacks any fights that really set the pulse racing, where fans don't know the outcome, where any of the fighters are taking a risk, fighting the toughest opponent they have faced.

 

Yeh I would agree with that. Was a PPV though so it should be held to a high standard.
