Evening I am fighting tomorrow...about 1030 to 1130 and the weigh in is going to be about 5pm. Any Ideas on what I should be eating tomorrow after the weight in? I have loads of haddock, white fish, and veg. Is the anything else I should be tucking into?
I don't think carb loading does much if its only going to be a 6min fight. You should be more worried about what you eat beforehand.
