In your opinion say Garcia beats Judah an either has 1 more at 140 and 1 at 147 before Floyd or just straight up to 147 after Judah who could be his opponent(s) that would justify a fight with Floyd after it too you ?

    Beats Lucas at 140
Beats Devon, Maidana, or Ortiz at 147

Lucas certainly makes a point, beating Devon after that aswell then he has definately earned it.

Alexander, Khan, Garcia if he moves up. Doubt Canelo happens.

    Maidana

No one expected fruity Ortiz to get a Mayweather fight. He had a volatile career then had his FOTY style victory over Berto.

If we look at the circumstances surrounding Guerrero, he too had a blood and guts match before getting a Mayweather fight.

I believe Maidana-Lopez will be competitive but Maidana draws him into a war and convincingly comes out victorious.

That'll deliver the hype to Maidana and create some buzz for him, something Floyd looks for regarding his future opponents.

Floyd is short on opponents for later this year. The reason Devon isn't first on my list is he doesn't have the style to get into an exciting fight. If a war did break out, he would wahhhhhhhh out of it.

If khan wins next week, probably him. Unfair but will sell here and in the UK.

    Garcia or Alexander

He'll be able to build the fight more if he goes with Garcia as him and his old man are a pair of tits.

Plus they'll no doubt play on him being this huge dangerous puncher.

As much as I know Floyd is getting old, the winner of Trout/Canelo is the legit threat he needs to prove he is still the best, I don't want people saying they will outweigh him blah blah, Cotto outweighed him, its Floyd's fault for moving up to 154, he beat the best 154 at the time so after the Trout/Canelo fight the winner is top 2 with Floyd
If he makes excuse about the weight then he's scared he might lose
