Hopkins has said due to Mayweather's lifestyle that it's a possibility.

Dont think he fights on past these 30 months.

Hopefully he stays active and givs the fans some big fights in the meantime.

The guys gonna be 38 by then and should definately retire at that stage.

He plays the next couple of years right, and he could make a claim to be the greatest ever.

He won't be able to. He'll be able to beat a few guys who likes to bang with little to no lateral movements, but he won't be able to deal with quicker guys who have good hand speed and foot speed.

Beats the winner of the 140 tournament, beats Canelo, then finishes off with Pacquiao. Throw in 1 or 2 fillers like Alexander and Bradley, and he has an amazing resume.

    Retire with a 47/8-0 record.

Very few guys in history will have the resume. Thats not even taking into account HOW he won those fights.

    Floyd's next opponents will be

    Maidana
Garcia (emerges as the man at 140)

Trout is going to beat Alvarez this Saturday. Alvarez won't get back on track in time

He better retire in 16 months or he's getting KTFO. His speed is diminishing and so are his reflex's and only a matter of time before he gets iced.

Alvarez wouldnt be unproven by then. If he beats Trout,he will be the man at LMW.

So, beating the best at 140/147/154(160 if he fights and beats Martinez) in 2 years, wont have given him a sniff at GOAT?

Even after hes beaten about half a dozen HOF fighters?

I've said he'll fight at 40 for years. He'll get a call from the IRS and get back in the ring.
