didnt even beat anyone to win it
    embarrassing opponents
beast win against an average bellew and he got outboxed for the first 6 rounds , only won on stamina , he wont go far.

Price isn't an elite fighter, the only elite fighters Britain has is khan and froch.

He's not the most boring, but his recent performances haven't been great.

Outboxed by Bellew for long spells, utterly dreadful against Karpency and average in a thankless task against Shawn Whatsit.

I just look back to the Murat fight and wish all his fights were like that, it was an amazing performance, really gutsy. Despite having some shockingly bad advice in the corner he just bludgeoned the bloke into quitting.

They really need to try and shift him though, this fight is a decent step in the right direction, hopefully he comes through and moves on to bigger challenges.

2012 was a complete waste of a year, two shite opponents. Why they didn't do the Bellew rematch I've no idea. I'm sure Clev would have been up for it, certainly more do than he was for Karpency.

"Errr.... he's never been stretched so he's probably quite tough, should be in for a long night" isn't quite the words you want to hear from a 'world champion' about to defend his title - the lad couldn't be arsed, and his performance reflected his attitude.

the quality of his opposition is just awful. the way he had used Hopkins' name to build up his profile is shameful. he is a non-entity on the world stage despite being a belt holder in one of the most interesting divisions.

He was sounding off about Hopkins again today on another website, needs to keep those kind of names out his mouth as he has no intention of fighting any of them any time soon and has near enough admitted as much.

His style is by no means boring though I actually like watching him fight he's always working and doesn't mind going toe to toe when he has to, although without much power it's a foolish tactic. I think people will start to see him as boring though if he doesn't step his opposition up because fighting karpency and hawk you're never going to be in a good fight, I think better opponents will bring out the best in him.

Cleverley gets too much hate on here. He might have **** entrance music and a cringey headband, but he's hardly a negative fighter. He comes forward, throws a lot of punches and he isn't afraid to trade. His WBO title run has been poor, but that's not his fault. And the guy is still only 26.

  13. Most important points made here

    He is only 26

And the better the opponents are the better he will be

its kind of his fault , he doesnt seem to complain about who he faces, everyone who was with ****** realised and did something about it and left. hatton would still be fighting for his wbu title now if he didnt leave, embarresment .

  15. Hatton was brought through perfectly by ******

But I don't want to talk promoters

Of course cleverly cares who he fights,I just think he is loyal.a very strong trait
