I suppose it would round his career off nicely in an achievement sense but fighting amateurs/early pro's would hardly be the greatest test to go out on. Always thought the Olympics should stay amateur as its their greatest achievements whereas pro's have titles that surpass winning gold at the Olympics.
Well it can only be a great thing with acual pros competing in the Amateurs. We all remember the Ali - stevensson fight that never happend.
That would be quite an achievement and a great way to ride off in the sunset. To win the 2nd gold medal 20 years later...at age 40. Something that has never been done before. Why not? Do it, Champ.
It only makes sense if that's the last fight he'll ever take- a nice bookend to his career. Otherwise, it is kind of a dick move lol.

It would be a dick move. He wouldn't have his first gold medal if someone like him had decided to return from the pro's. He would have access to resources none of the amateurs get, not to mention a lifetime of experience.
