Actually when you look at Haye's career history tells us yes.

See it's wankers like you that make boxing fans look like prissy little bitches. Haye has had a huge number of exciting fights, yet jealous nonces like you always seem to remember the two that were boring decisions rather than the many explosive exciting contests that make up the rest of his career. He has never been afraid to trade, something you'd know if you had actually watched half the fights you talked about.

Fortunately those of us who actually started watching boxing before 2009 know better.

 

Fury has nothing on Haye, he's slow, he can't punch, no ring IQ, no defense , haye by easy KO.

 

It's all about styles. Haye is all wrong for Fury just as Cunningham nearly was, and just as a plodder like Pulev is tailor made for Fury.

 

His career at Cruiserweight is Irrelevant at this time he is a HEAVYWEIGHT. History tells us when faced with bigger opponents he won't engage. That is a Fact. He threw very few punches against Harrison for christ sakes who is a complete scared stiff.

So, it seems like it is you that hasn't watched his Heavyweight career.

Would agree. Haye walks straight through Fury at the moment, another 2, 3 or 4 fights and things may well be ever so slightly different.

 

Are people factoring in that Haye would have to punch upwards, therefore reducing some of his power and already debatable stamina?

 

I'd favour Haye but I doubt get rid of USS any quicker than Fury did.

He sparked Harrison in the round he chose to, the round he told all his mates to bet on. Haye has done this a few times in the past when he's fighting a boxer he is several levels above.

When you take his entire career into account he has fought bigger guys (pretty much every established heavyweight he can fight is bigger than him) and most of the time he has made it an exciting night. There have been two boring decisions in his entire career, which you like to focus on for some bizarre reason.

But you don't want to listen to that because for some reason you have taken a personal affront to a boxer you have never met. ****up.

Cunningham impressed me last night. There was a time in the fight where fury looked very worried as if he was about to be stopped. And cunningham doesn't have hayes power. If haye landed the same shot cunningham did its game over for fury. If cunningham had landed the shot a few inches lower on his chin i personally don't think fury would of been getting up.

it's funny but it seems more people give Fury a shot against Wlad than they do Haye.

 

Punching upwards doesn't decrease power. Punching downwards does.

Fury's only advantage would be his huge reach: 85" vs Haye's 78" - but I doubt that would be significant since Fury is slowish and his jab is total ****.

 

With each fight Fury is getting stronger. He will be able to beat Haye soon if he can't already.
