A fair opinion on Tyson Fury: "He'll get knocked out in 1" (against a Klitschko)

Not sure its a long comeback road...as he's going straight back in with Thompson...so if he does this time around what he was supposed to do the first time around he'll be no further back than he was. If he wanted to take the long road back he'd have picked another stiff.

As for Fury...I agree he's sloppy and a long way to go...and I don't really think he has a chance vs either Klit bro. He beat Kingpin and now Cunningham...so what were they rated as in the heavyweight division? I sure think he can beat some of the top 10 guys..but only because the division is weak. Hes just one of a bad bunch that are around at the moment. I could see him quite possibly keeping the Nipple man at bay with his long reach as Chris isn't a fast figher really. But someone quick with power would be a very risky fight. I think though, in all fairness if Fury was in with someone that he knew full well could bang he'd fight more cautiously with a higher guard. I think part of his reason for getting KD vs Cunningham was he was too cocky and arrogant thinking the smaller guy couldn't hurt him...only he quickly found out that wasn't the case and he could very much hurt him. After the KD he knew he was in a fight! Still sloppy though...so I do see the writing on the wall, but then i've seen it for some time since he got KD against that patter cake puncher. In the above posts GIF...forget his name (him being such a well known top name in the division n'all)

 

Wladimir at 24 would probably KO Fury in 1st, this Wlad is little bit more calculated so i would say in 3rd or 4th round, but if he wanted to finish him in first he could do it easy!

 

With huge, multi-million bonus, Wlad more likely than not would level anyone and everyone under three minutes.

Feels like his paid not to do that. :hat

 

Nobody beats a klitchko

Fury's a slow, poorly coordinated oaf little hw power and a bad chin. The only good thing fury has going for himself is his size and a warrior's heart.

 

If either Klit decided to shake off the ridiculous over cautious approach they could take Fury out inside a round without a doubt.

 

He would last 3-4rds against either brother.

 

Wlad takes him down pretty easy imo.

A focused fury versus vitali is a fight i really want to see.

 

Wlad took 4 rounds to grind down Mormeck ffs. When was the last time either of them knocked ANYONE out in the first round, glass knees aside?

 

No let's be honest Wladimir was beaten by guys at that age who Fury would have convincingly beat, Wladimir had about 130 amateurs Fury only had about 35 and he's already fighting and beating title contenders at this stage. Fury boxed well in the first round, struggle for the next few simply because he was caught and rocked and that threw him off his game.

 

And they have done this to how many fellas recently ?

 

Fury has none of Wlad's natural athleticism.
Even if he spent years under the tutelage of a zombie* Emanuel Steward he would never develop into even half the boxer that Lewis or Klitschko are.

KTFO in a few rounds against Wlad.
Slowly pounded into submission by Vitali over 6-7 rounds.

 

Yeah, agree big time. Fury won't play around with a true elite heavyweight like Wlad as he did with the diminuative Cunningham who Fury had no respect for. Wlad will respect Fury's size, fighting spirit, inside game and take Fury deep into the later rounds where he will drown him.
