I don't think he has a glass jaw, but he does have a lazy/frustrating work rate and no athleticism. And is going to get stopped.

Regardless, Glass Jaws exist in Boxing and we WILL discuss them on ESB. We talk Chins on here.

these two are pretty poor, but put them together and you've got potential for an exciting encounter. i'm actually looking forward to this one.

    Arreola stoppage within 7.

The same Stiverne who KO'd Price in the amateurs?

I think he's very under-rated on here. He's poor but not that poor. Arreola has a fight on his hands here.

I would like to see that. I'm in the minority and an admitted Cris fan, but:
    1. Vitali has slowed down.
    2. Cris is much better conditioned.
    3. Both guys come to fight.

It's an exciting, international heavyweight fight. I'm not saying Cris could take a prime Vitali, but at this stage?

You clowns under-rate both these guys. Compared to most heavyweights these days, these guys BOTH have alot of skill.

People who think Areolla is just a face first brawler with no boxing skills don't know ****.

And, check out some Stiverne clips (other than JUST vs Austin ffs ) and you'll see very good offensive skills... nice fast, crisp combinations... and great body shots.

Stiverne also has a glass jaw, as demonstrated by his getting stopped by a low level journeyman. Arreola is gonna shatter Stiverne's china chin into a million pieces.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't you say Rigondeaux had a glass jaw and that it would be smashed by Donaire?

I agree with your prediction for Arreola-Stivern, but you were WRONG about Rigondeaux!

Hardly seen Stiverne he rarely fight, Arreola has been fighting bums for quite awhile and although he is dropping pounds we cant accurately see a development in skills

Arreola has always been a hard puncher and a good finisher, he also has fast hands for a heavyweight and is very dangerous when hurt as he scores lots of knockdowns and powerful shots when the other guy thinks he is hurt and goes for the kill, see Walker and Molina fights

Arreola has never been out cold but he has been rocked in fights and Stiverne has power

Stiverne didnt look so hot against Austin and ate many jabs but it was a big step up for him and Austin though not impressive has been dangerous before, look at the Ibragimov fight. Stiverne may have been behind at the KO but he was coming on winning the last few rounds before ending it in powerful fashion

shame this fight kept getting hampered and he didnt have another fight since to see if he grew as a fighter

I dont know why people see this as such an easy fight for Arreola, sure it may end early because both have power and arent great defensive wizards but that doesnt mean Arreola is such an obvious favorite though he may win early

I think Stiverne could take him out as easily as Arreola can take him out
