    i've had two of my guys spar him in the past. with proper match making...he can make some decent money but i don't believe he'll be on the level of his brother.

    Agreed. But when British people say asian, they typically refer specifically to Indians/****stanis. Ethnically speaking there is a huge difference between those countries and the Philippines/Japan. It's very arbitrary to lump them together because the continent is called Asia. While I know that geographical distance isn't a perfect indicator of genetic patterns, but just for the sake of perspective: Scotland is as close to Zambia as Yemen is to Japan.

    really i guess the poor lads chin will be up there with the likes of iron chinned star heavyweights like fury and price,
    in case you haven't noticed in world boxing brits in general are ridiculed for having glass jaws.

    Fair comment,not that i really want to get dragged into a race issue but i think everyone has freedom of speech-dominic

    However things are changing indian amateurs and our own amateur circuit is full of indian/****stani/bangladeshi fighters

    Give it 20 years

    And talking of taking a punch the key i think is conditioning not ethnic origin

    nobody on here heard of Cricket? plenty of Asians play Cricket. race has nothing to do with sport its work ethic and talent that gets you somewhere.
